I loved the way the story began and just took off. The plot is well done as well as the writing. The follow up continues from the previous books. .. More background on returning characters, and more details on what ex-alpha Trevor is up to. Oh yes. I can't forget Zeke's mating with Ashlock. Think piercings. Oh yeah. very hot. - Dan's Wife

This was the best book of the series so far... I just LOVED Zeke... his fears I so understood.. I also like how the past characters and new ones just flow...and this continuing plot is getting better and better...
The first few chapters keep you on your toes! If the first few chapters in this book don't get your heart rate up I don't know what will! Read this book in one sitting it was awesome I loved all of it and I am eager to read the next book in the series!
I am really hating the old Alpha, Trevor. for killing Jacko's Mom. I love that Zeke finally came to his senses and mated AsHlock, but I understood his reluctance. A past experience made him terrified and freaked out, as his mate is vampire. Cannot wait for next book/story.
I'm confused as to why there wasn't any sympathy or understanding as to why Zeke would rejected his mate from the trauma he experienced in the past. Outside of that little hiccup the book was on point
Not a huge fan of body piercings but for this book, I'd endure it. Like I did with Catting Around (Kontra's Menagerie).
But I was kinda hoping for a bit more action (not referring to the bed).
Still, a good read, very well done.
But please try not to make the elders sound like cretins just because they have a mate.
I liked all the vampire/werewolf stuff. It never got stale. On some books that I've read thru all of my authors I had trouble getting thru the first couple of chapters and I just deleted them. But this book, like the others in Blood Moon Pack, were worth reading and looking forward to the next. So, SA Welsh, keep up the good writing and please tell me when's the next one coming?????
This one started off at fast pace, but the storyline was dropped quickly once the mates met each other. I would like the story arc to go back there in the next book as I think the reason the other Alpha was worried was important, not true obviously if you know Remy but I could see the other alphas being worried.
I liked the storyline between ash and Zeke. And I love the other characters from previous books continually making an appearance and the continuation of their stories.
